To buy a gift certificate, you need to go to ‘Rituals and treatments’ page and click on the Order Gift Certificate link next to the ritual or a spa treatment you want. On the screen that will pop up please click ‘Pay with a card’. On the next screen enter the First Name, Last name and e-mail and click ‘Send’. After that, one of our administrators will get in touch with you to confirm your order. After that, an email notification containing detailed instructions on how to pay the invoice through WEBPAY will be sent to your contact email address. You will need to follow the link provided in that email to complete the payment.
After you press ‘Pay the bill’ you will be transferred to the payment page at Webpay where you can complete the payment

A gift certificate is a not a security, it can’t be exchanged or refunded.
In case of a problem with a card payment, the amount paid will be returned to the same card that was used for that payment.
Data is transferred via an encrypted channel. This makes it impossible for any of the confidential data to be intercepted and/or stolen. The transferred data is stored on one of WEBPAY’s servers.
It’s mandatory to save a card transaction receipt in case of a future dispute.
After the payment has been received you can collect the certificate at Tamarind Thai Spa (Storozhovskaya 6, Minsk, Belarus) or we can send an e-certificate on your E-mail by agreement with you.
Please note that a certificate purchase can’t be refunded. Please make sure that the details you enter when ordering a certificate are correct.
